it's not a claim, it's a done deal. he applied for the mark, and
the trademark office gave it to him. it's his. he owns it,
according to the federal government of the USA. of course it's
ridiculous, that's the whole idea of trying it. and isnt it more
ridiculous that starbucks can trademark a shade of green? other
incredible examples abound....
