I dunno, so many of my friends in college were way too into the dolden
originals....i'm to the point where i'm finding him overplayed. I hate not
listening to stuff because it's gotten too popular, but I have to admit
it always leaves me craving for something more unique.

Far more significant imho is the new release by Pierre-Simon Weisskopf,
which breaks away from the repetitious song structures we're used to
hearing in electro-pop music.  I'd like to classify his new sound as
"data-pop," which seems fitting. If you've ever heard music by
Anne Laplantine, you'll know what I'm talking about, even though that's
not 100% on target...it's close enough.
