Rabbit,
It all comes down to who controls the content of an appropriating work, be
it outright ad or "content" on TV. Both art that is free expression and art
that is controled expression exist in TV. The free expression would get the
right to freely appropriate, the controled would not. But since none of
this is going to happen, EVER, I'm not even going into TV's details...
