haha we are arguing sampling on detritus

i really still fail to understand people's problem, with 'sampling' (especially if they aren't a music lawyer or other middle man)
art is a history of human creativity and like an onion each layer is built on the influences of what came before.

i see no difference between taping a sound i like whatever it is and a person buying  a strait because they liked hendrix's tone

and yes it is about respect for someone;s work that somehow that sound found its way thru the either
and affected the musician to use it as an expression of their art
