Hi das,

I completely hear what you're saying and this may sound strange but I 
agree with you too without feeling hypocritical, I follow my own 
rules and always ignore copyright notices, life is too short... 
but... having said that I think that wanting material to be available 
in the public domain is something that goes way beyond the notion of 
a law from this past century.
