yes. this is crippling.  I feel crippled.

on the other hand, dastar vs. 20th century fox went unexpectedly:

I didn't expect this one at all, you usually don't win trademark cases.
but my lawyer friend tells me the bush administration actually even filed
an amicus brief in support of dastar for this one, which doesn't happen
every day.

but the FCC one is just horrible.  it's in the government's interest to
have a consolidated media, a tinier bed.
