[Rumori] Cleaning radio distortion - Tech question

The programs have sadly already been recorded - I'm working from the 
station log hard-drive - hence the variety in quality between shows.

The recorded signal is not off-the-air, but some comping & limiting has 
been done on it - the distorted mics are mainly the result of inexperienced 
hands on the dials...

Sadly it wasn't me that supervised or made the recordings, otherwise I 
wouldn't be needing to find a way to clean 'em up ;)
