MADONNA & BRITNEY DUETS

this story begins with the october 2000 issue of elle magazine in which Britney Spears openly proclaimed her idolization of Madonna. the material girl quickly returned the compliment in november by wearing a Britney Spears t-shirt in concert and dedicating the song "what it feels like for a girl" to the true virgin. by early january discussions of a duet between the pop divas were confirmed in the press, but due to their busy schedules no studio dates have been set.

Illegal Art invites all artists to create duets between Madonna and Britney. we would like to release our own versions first. in the event that the collaboration never takes place we feel it would be a charitable gesture to make Britney's dream come true.
