Wow. what a surprising, and suprisingly large, thread.
The remarkable thing (to me at least) that I noticed yesterday
was that Rogers' death was front page, top-headline news in The
Orgegonian, Portland's newspaper. I thought "wow, must be a
really slow news day." I wonder how many other papers around the
nation gave such high billing to his passing?
Admittedly, Mr. Rogers is a nice thing to think about in the
morning while drinking tea and trying to not think about missiles
and troops and terror alerts.
