why do public art-administrators get paid enormous salaries
(recall David Ross' SFMOMA multimillion dollar contract),
but the artists/heirs exhibited get little/nothing?
but I'd be in favor of selling-off all the museums'
treasures and reinventing a true public-commons... not the
incestuous upper-middle social club that taxpayers are
forced to subsidize...
