The poor guy... his "Windowlicker" EP was one of
Warner/Sire/whoever's first attempts at requiring the
installation of handy monitoring software and an
ongoing connection to their web site in order to look
at the video included on the disc, and now his latest
album is one of the first quasi-successful attempts at
implementing copy protection on a scale that more than
a few thousand people are likely to notice.
I wonder if he was asked or told about this in
advance?
