Network's general counsel is highly regarded for her defense of the First
Amendment, but didn't see eye-to-eye with corporate superiors on filing a
brief on behalf of book accused of infringing on Gone With the Wind. New
chief Isaacson says he 'has been assured that the situation has nothing to
do with that brief.'
