You'd have to do some of the same things required to make
talented programmers group together to make freeware apps
superior in all ways (including GUI and ease of use) to
shareware apps.
The bottom line, in most people's mind sets, would have
to NOT emphasize a dollar value.
Do any of us believe this is probable? It is perhaps
dangerous to say it isn't. I'd like to think people as
a whole could slowly migrate their way of thinking to
a less selfish bottom line.
