Not bugs that are particular to PT Free, no. ProTools kept saying my
mixes were "too dense", the cheek of it!!! Er, shall I go on or is
this getting geeky? You can solve the limitations of this by
duplicating the dense bit and making it into a new track so it
doesn't flip out your hard disc. Also PT is very picky about disc
fragmentation. Mine was 2% fragmentation and it stamped it's little
boot and wouldn't do any more until I'd cleaned up. What else... you
should get some more plugins, they don't give any good ones. Get GRM
Tools plugins. Also, it likes a lot of ram. Minimum 128mb but I
actually upgraded to 256 and it worked much better.

All the above probs are ones that I'd get equivalents of on other
multitracker progs though, but I think PT is much better than any
other that I've tried. Except it doesn't de-click or stretch like my
PC's Cool Edit Pro.
