I've been using Total Recorder for nearly a year now. I've mentioned it several times and have recommended it as well. It's what we use to record material for our radio show from the web, and incidentally, it's what we use to record our radio show off of the actual radio tuner. It's solid for about 40 minutes, then it hangs if you're using Windows 98 or 95. If you're using Windows NT or Windows 2000, it never crashes. (I've recorded 5 hours straight with it at CD quality, 44/16, so I could burn directly to CD when done.)
