I always wondered...if the government really wanted to crack
down, is it possible for them to restrict all internet access
to within just the Unitest States? Wouldn't that require them
placing mandates on all ISP's? I realize it would be very
difficult to enforce...but from an ISP's perspective, is it
possible to restrict your users to specific domains?

I was just mentioning to someone else earlier this evening
that if the government really tried to regulate within the U.S.,
we'd always have other countries serving the data files, but
wasn't certain if we would have to actually live in those countries
to get those files.

I'm not much of a techie, so forgive my ignorance if the answer
is obvious.
