Interesting twist in intellectual property enforcement: Ebay won
an injunction to stop Bidder's Edge from crawling their site, citing
trespassing law. Some think they are going this route because they're
trying to protect the facts in their database, but facts can't be
copyrighted. Bidder's Edge is appealing.
