Was that blurb poorly written or what?
Stupid question: What the point of identifying individuals? Are they really
forming a list of people's names as part of their suit?
Steev, isn't this shareware? Aren't files "shared" (NPI) with Napster?
Technically, Napster isn't selling recordings.

The heavy metal band, which is suing music-swapping company Napster for
what
the musicians say are massive copyright violations, says it has identified
more than 335,000 individuals who have allegedly shared the band's songs
online in violation of copyright laws.
--------------
they don't intend to sue each user. just shutdown napster.
