this is great.
you've probably heard about the uproar over the DVD
encoding scheme, which was hacked and then got released to the world a few
months ago.
Now some very clever geek has set up his nameserver (the computers on the
Net that translate domain names into numbers, like detritus.net =
209.60.53.17) so that it contains a compressed, encrypted version of the
DVD encryption algorithm. If you query the nameserver a certain way, you
will get back the source code of the algorithm.
