Just discovered this website by a guy who apparently believes Dilbert is
evil Communist propaganda.

He put up a couple of altered Dilbert strips, was contacted by Dilbert's
publisher, drew new parodies himself, was contacted again, and now has some
rather sad subsitutes. But there's a link on the page to the original
infrigements, and a link to the Fair Use section of U.S. Code.
