well-- I'm not aware of law on other countries on this point. In Italy we
have a "right to image", i.e. if someone uses a picture of you you can
oppose to that kind of use. There are lots of crappy magazines showing
actors, tv personalities, models etc. caught naked on a beach by a hidden
camera or things like that, and while some of these so-called famous people
just let the magazines and the paparazzi do whatever they want (hey! free
publicity!!) some other go on and sue the photographer and the magazine.
btw-- If Offspring ;) put my picture on a female body and then stick that
image on their cover I would have a laugh and enjoy the free publicity too
;))))))
