I am talking about aesthetic motivation - that it should not be affected by
genre.

Oh sorry. Thought everyone called it trifle. It's a dessert - made of
jelly with bits of sponge and fruit in it, topped with a layer of fruit,
then cream on top (optional).

And god help anyone who just subscribed to the Rumori list in the past 5
minutes...

The thing that was printed on record sleeves upto the mid 80s. To do with
using blank cassettes to record albums instead of buying them. I was
comparing it to that. Although ONLY from the point of the law being
relaxed. You can't compare home taping for personal use with sampling and
selling.
